John Byrne – Executive Chairman

John Byrne brings over 50 years of experience in the natural resources industry as a financial analyst, investor, and mine developer. He has served as Chairman and CEO of numerous successful resource companies. Notably, he led Western Canadian Coal from a market capitalization of less than C$1 million to its sale for over C$3 billion in 2010. John’s leadership and deep industry insight make him a cornerstone of the company’s strategic direction.

Ross MacLachlan – Non-Executive Director

Ross MacLachlan has over 30 years of experience in technology development and commercialization, particularly in the conventional and alternative energy sectors. As a venture capital investor and executive, Ross brings expertise in business development, intellectual property management, and strategic leadership of early-stage companies.

Anthony Balic – CFO & Director

Anthony Balic has held senior financial roles within Canadian and U.S. publicly listed resource companies for more than a decade. He is currently CFO of Goldgroup Mining, where he played a key role in bringing a Mexican mine into commercial production. He also serves as CFO and Director of Fidelity Minerals Corp., a Lions Bay investment, where he contributed significantly to the company’s successful restructuring.

Ryan Batros – MANAGING DIRECTOR

With 20 years of experience in financial markets, Ryan Batros has held senior roles in securities trading, corporate advisory, and equity capital markets. He has worked with numerous listed and private companies across diverse industries. Ryan specializes in funding, restructures, project strategy, and investment management, bringing strong business acumen and deep capital markets knowledge to the leadership team.
