Project Description

Company Description – Fidelity Minerals (TSXV:FMN) has been actively restructured and is now moving into the final stages. It has a number of tier one exploration properties in Peru with a copper gold focus. It has successfully sold a gold plant in Peru which is enabling it to retire debt and fund a new strategy.

Strategy – LBI is assisting Fidelity in developing a revised business plan and acquire additional gold assets. At the same time work is continuing on the Peruvian properties.

A number of these have major targets that we expect will be of interest to major mining groups once existing working agreements have been revised. Legal action has been launched to expedite this process. We expect the share price to rise from the present low levels as the market becomes more aware of the progress being made.
