Fidelity Minerals has assembled a strong portfolio of high development potential copper-gold porphyry projects in Peru and Canada to underpin the development of a successful resource company. Lions Bay Capital owns approximately 50%.

Epic Minerals has built a portfolio of high-grade tin and copper-gold exploration projects in Queensland, Australia. The projects have excellent potential for mineral discovery, which, in the case of tin, has already been achieved by previous explorers (Shell and BHP). Lions Bay Capital owns approximately 50%.

Lions Bay Capital currently has a US$2.3 million loan to GNT Mining which owns the Bosveld gold mine in South Africa. The Bosveld gold mine has a 60,000 tpa CIP gold treatment plant and is currently operating as a toll treatment facility.

Greensands Australia has developed a world-first technology to “activate” glauconite under an International Patent Application.

This represents an opportunity to not only develop a very sought after organic fertiliser containing both potassium and phosphorus, but a patented technology of benefit to other glauconite deposits around the world. Lions Bay Capital owns approximately 90%.
