Epic Minerals has built a portfolio of high-grade tin and copper-gold exploration projects in Queensland, Australia. The projects have excellent potential for mineral discovery, which, in the case of tin, has already been achieved by previous explorers (Shell and BHP). Lions Bay Capital owns approximately 50%.

The portfolio comprises:

Sundown Tin Project, Southern Queensland

• Underground high-grade greisen cassiterite granite pelitic hornfels cupola contact zones at ~100 metres depth
• Shell successfully drilled one of these cupolas and intersected 10m at 1% tin

Jessievale Copper-Gold Project, Western Queensland

• Located 35 km northwest of the major Ernest Henry Copper-Gold Mine in the Mt Isa Eastern Fold Belt
• Contains two shallow, post-mineral covered, high-amplitude magnetic anomalies that are prospective for iron oxide copper gold (IOCG) mineralisation in the same district as Ernest Henry

Both of these projects are fully permitted and near drill ready.

Lions Bay Capital is planning an IPO of Epic Minerals in 2026 that will generate value for Lions Bay Capital holders.
